If there is a legislative or organisational change, simply login and within 3 clicks you can start creating or changing a page that will be visible to anyone with a login. The content structure is pre-defined, so content is easily created.
You can add any media to any content page from videos, images to documents that will open or run when clicked on.
All edits to any page is captured by date and time and you can select any date and time for that page to revert back to previous content.
If you create or change a policy or procedure, you can send immediate email communication from the content page and it will take your staff and management directly to the changes.
Create interactive electronic forms and include any fields from tick boxes, radio buttons to filling out to text. Your staff can then simply click on the form from any device, fill it out and the completed form is permanently captured.
An associated QR code can be createdwith one click for any content page and forms.This particularly useful for machinery where you require forms to be completed or work instructions to be read or viewed before work commences on the machine.
If you have multiple sites you can add a site administrator to docTrac to manage that site. They can then enrol users, view and manage electronic form submissions and print off QR codes for policies and procedure.
Select reviewer and review date for any content page and alerts will be sent to people who need to review and approve existing content.
